After almost 2 years in the basement the booziness has subsided. The sugars have moved center stage. Getting notes of brown sugar and caramel. Although mellowed the hops are still noticeable. Will try to hold out another two years to revisit.

Just the right amount of pineapple flavor as not to over power the beer. Hint of sour, sweet and saltiness. Maybe the next Mas Agave base 🤞.
