Dark black with ruby edge. Coffee prominent on the nose. Smooth, rich and creamy. Dark Chocolate late on the tongue and on the finish.

I was worried that this was going to be crazy sweet however while it is sweet it isnt like a liquid brownie. Very well done!

Oh man, this is a great beer! Bourbon barrel aged. Heavy on the chocolate fudge and maple syrup!

Nice! Balanced fudge, baker’s cocoa, & maple lead, followed by a hint of smoke, vanilla, light char, & more maple, & pleasantly bitter espresso blooming late. Bourbon MIA. Fantastic complexity, which really peaks ~room temp.

There is a lot going on here. Loads of fudge, but not getting too much coffee. The barrel kicks in at the end. Very tasty. And could hurt you. Thanks for the reco Emi!

A very sweet and mapley stout. Minimal coffee which I appreciate. I’m not sure about fudge but all stouts are pretty chocolate anyway.

Really good, notes are as described on label and bourbon barrels add a nice roast to the brew.
