Definite port vibes! Drinks really big. Oaky, dark pitted fruit. Yummy!

Fresh pour from the bottle. Left. Nice level of tart with a bit of funk. Tasty!

Can’t be in Brussels w/o a stop at Cantillon!! Especially liking the blueberry and vanilla on this one. Nice puckering sour up front that mellows to let the fruit shine.

Didn’t realize this is based off a Paloma cocktail. The tequila sneaks in with loads of grapefruit. The the salt. Captive audience at the Billy Idol show.

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2023) K
Really, really liked this! More than the Utopias barrel-aged WW Stout. The barrel smooths down the fresh hop bite w/o overpowering. Not sure it could have made this more boozy anyway. Haven’t given out a 5 in a while, but now is the time!

Interesting that the blend had to be altered for kegging purposes. Would have to compare to a bottled version. Still tasty!

This was a polarizing brew to my family back in the day. More peach than I remember from that time. Lingering tart on the tongue. Another easy drinker after my evening walk. Thanks Kate!

Dogfish Head Sea Quench Ale 2022 K
Love the salt level on this one! And you always have me at lime. Nice after my evening walk. Thanks Kate!

Well balanced, everything is front and center. Drinks a little thin for 12%. A summer BBA stout??? 🤣

This was excellent! Tastes just like salted watermelon at a summer picnic.

Found the one stand at the Edison Lot that had a decent brew left.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2009) K
What a real straight up sour is! Has held up well. Big hit at my mini Belgian beer fest.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2012) K
Nice to taste side by side with the 2009. This one may have been a bit more popular with my guests. True sour!

There is a lot going on here. Loads of fudge, but not getting too much coffee. The barrel kicks in at the end. Very tasty. And could hurt you. Thanks for the reco Emi!
