Lot going on in this guy. The smell is wonderful, full of coffee and chocolate. Initial rich dark chocolate that turns to a coffee bitterness at the end. Honestly not a lot of bourbon BA notes. The dark choc fudge and coffee overpowers it.

So fudgy! Like biting into a chewy brownie. Barely boozy, very smooth, and a tiny bit sweet.

Would be hard to drink more than one but it's an experience. Beats desert.

Fantastic. Nose and taste are both so nice, mellow chocolate flavor with a hint of coffee and not at all saccharine or overly boozy

A chocolate brownie in a glass. Rich and decadent, but having one is plenty. Great as a dessert beer.

Sweet, roasty, chocolatey goodness. The full rich flavor hides the high abv. Makes an excellent dessert!

Oh boy you could smell the fudge when the glass was set down. It settled down as I finished the flight and it warmed up. Still silky smooth and good mouth feel. Lots of KBS coffee on my tongue right now but the chocolate seems to be the finish

It's Saturday! I'm starting my evening off with this beaut. Solid stout. It's a part of Founders barrel-aged series. Well-balanced. Notes of maple, bourbon, and chocolate. Honestly, it's pretty damn good. Cheers, everyone! 🍻
