The adjuncts definitely fell off, but it still has a good body and bourbon backbone. Definitely still a very good beer.

I don’t award 4.75 often but this beer deserves it. Chocolatey and rich up front, but quickly dries to reveal a pleasant dry finish. Alcohol comes at the end but quite pleasantly. Wow, this is a great beer.

Tart and dry. Quite refreshing! Reminds me of white wine.
