v2020. Booze became the primary flavor over time, chocolate faded out. Chocolate turned almost a “bittersweet” flavor. Maple is still barely noticeable. Still, not awful.

So I enjoyed this, a lot. But if I go for price per bottle it gets a bit of a knock. I will enjoy the remaining three, too.

2020 bottle. Some of the barrel has fallen off which just made more room for the insane amount of chocolate fudge. Decadent.

Outstanding. Smooth without being too sweet. Rich chocolate coffee taste. Nice finish. The barrel finish softens the beer.

Dark and compelling. Huge chocolate and right amount of boozy.

Heerlijk! 🥰 chocolade, koffie en heerlijk warm! Had hem zoeter verwacht met maple maar ben blij dat die niet zo zoet is.
