Really nice as it warms up. The coffee and fudge blend so nice with the twist being maple added. Gives it. A nice rounded out finish. Bourbon on the nose and the backend

like a chocolate liquor with a bit of bite and fizz. Not so thick or syrupy as some other chocolate beers I’ve tried.

Still the best version of the KBS series. Chocolately, fairly smooth, a little boozy, a little sweet, and well balanced. Phenomenal.

A little watery for me, okay flavour but not enough layers and not nearly enough decadence for a beer with maple and fudge in the name.

Cellared the 2020 version and now clearing/drinking 3.5 years later. At 11%, the imperial stout with Mackinac fudge coffee, maple syrup, and chocolate aged in oak bourbon barrels is rich and chocolaty. Rather enjoy the sweetness.
