Good combo of flavors. Get coffee/chocolate the most then barrel. Maple is hidden which is okay with me. Chocolate adds to the complexity but was hoping it would also make it thicker/smoother but didnt. Thinness is the only thing holding KBS back 4.3

Damn good! Three separate flavors with each sip, coffee and bourbon going down, cherry tones on the exhale. Everything I had hoped for, one of my favorites of 2020.

this one is a slapper, great balance of fudgy coffee and the barrel. Great body and very smooth, maple peeks out a tiny bit as it warms up

Super fudge. Need to taste side by side with CBS to determine the difference. Really sweet.

FLN. Probably my favorite KBS variant to date. Note overly sweet. Flavors are subtle, but present.

Coffee forward on the nose. Nice coffee & chocolate flavor. Not too boozy or sweet.

Coffee and maple are very balanced, with just a hint of barrel on the back end, damn good for price point and availability!

First of many. Election Night. And Their Eyes Were Watching God... I rode 5 miles through Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett traffic to get to total wine to buy this beer. And you know what? It's worth it. Deep, rich, full flavor.

KBS barrel goodness with thick fudge. Little bit of maple to round it out. Not much coffee so you’re able to get the fudge all day.

Wonderfully decadent chocolate nose. Initial flavor is chocolate a hint of booze, but subsequent sips bring in more coffee to upend the ABV bite. This is such a great chocolate coffee treat that isn’t cloyingly sweet.

Coffee there and smoothness, well done! Maple sweetness present a bit fudge too. In my book it goes; KBS Original, KBS Espresso, KBS Mackinac and CBS. If ya cared?!
