Efter 6 years still very detailed in the lot of tastes that it contains. Also some of the barrel taste is present.

OG score stands. Last of this beer, which I at one time had a couple of cases of (varying vintages). 🫡 It used to be a favorite, but Founders fell off my radar years ago. #cellarclearing

Mellow. Maybe losing some of the dark fruity notes. Still good overall.

17-9-27 vtg; ~3yr/o. Bitter wood character, and slightly smoked malt. Notes of savoury vanilla and warm molasses. Better than last one! Darn good with choco flan.

Oh man, I remember this being HOT when I first had it. But aged 3 years it’s perfectly mellow, slightly oaky, and sweet.

Een paar jaar achter in de kast en nu een stuk beter in balans. Minder plakkerig zoet, meer donkere karamel, hout en bourbon.

Definitely lost a bit of the vanilla, lots of boozy dark fruits and oak, gets a lil sweeter as it warms

Solid but I think it's lost a little bit of it's oomph of oakiness. It's a little thin now, bit still a solid brew!
