Light Carmel malty aroma. Interesting light Carmel booziness going on. This held up pretty well. I don’t really know when I had this, but it camped in the big fridge for quite a few years

All packed and ready to go! 🦁 Went with a 6 year old sipper that is actually too boozy. Heavy scotch, smoked cherries and caramel vanilla.

Now my bottle experiment has been aged 5.5 years. Up-rated to 4.25. Same comments as last October. More subdued, less bourbon, but very smooth. Fun.

Really good, better than average. Tamed down a lot with age. Lots of sweet caramel and barrel. A little funky tasting perhaps like too much hops. This one is tricky for me. Its nice but not sure id order it from a taplist if i had other options.
