Complex and unique. Hint on vanilla with molasses and bourbon flavor. This strong ass beer.

Someone suggested this is “a little bit more butterscotchy” than some other beer. A little?!? Werthers would be jealous!

A bit past its prime but still has some light barrel character, sweet caramel, maybe a little maple. Lost some of the complexity after 2 years

Ale aged in oak bourbon barrels that had previously aged maple syrup. Complex flavors blending in a sweet, boozy beer.

Very boozy tasting if you drink it straight out of the fridge, but if you let it get to that 45-50 degree mark, it is very smooth and delicious.

Caramel apple, maple syrup, and bourbon toffee. On the sweet side but enough booziness to keep it from being cloying.
