Sweet without being syrupy or boozy. Good mix of dark chocolate and a hint of raspberry.

A great dessert beer! Tastes like a liquified chocolate covered raspberry. Definitely a sipper worth savoring!

Sweet raspberry>choc>coffee aroma. Medium bodied and crisp. Sweet(3), tart(1),raspberry(2),milk choc(2),dark choc(1),coffee(1),bitter(0.5). Great balance. Lot of pop of flavors. Delightful. All I want is more bodied and it’d be perfect. $9/pint.

Strong chocolate flavor that has a bitter content that works great with the raspberry flavor. Coffee comes thru if you let it go slow over the tongue. A great beer for the cold weather.

This beer is quite decadent and it tastes even better after sitting at room temp for a while. I’m rating this one slightly higher this time around. Happy New Year!

Really good, unique, 2-in-1 flavor—a chocolate stout with hints of a sour poking through. Just wish there was a little less coffee and more sour raspberry and then it would be perfect!

Oh my, this tastes exactly like those fancy marmalade candies dipped in dark chocolate that you never used to like as a kid but then suddenly could enjoy. Liquid joy, only con is that it does not taste like a stout at all, it's 100 % a dessert!

One of the original pastry stouts and it still holds up. Rich, tart raspberry jam, bittersweet dark chocolate, hints of coffee grounds. Sweet and dark and delicious.

Delicious and luxurious stout! It's all about what the label says; lovely creamy body, tart raspberries and fine baker's chocolate. Add dark roasted malts and there you have it!

This is so good with strong notes of chocolate and raspberry. It’s just too bad that the ABV isn’t higher. That’s a minor quibble though. This is another great stout from Founders in a long line of great stouts from Founders.
