Aging has done this well! Very smooth not too sweet with coffee and lots of chocolate on the front end. Delicious! Thanks Tyler!

Cellar aged for 3 years or so. Better than when it was fresh. Less sweet, more bitterness.

Had to treat myself. Almost three years old with this one. Nose is sweet with plenty of maple. Sharp bite, tons of flavor still. Really aged well, could perhaps go longer

An oldie but a goodie. It's like I'm having French toast with maple syrup. But it's beer. Very tasty. Cheers!

I am so excited. I drank a 2019 bottle and the Maple was gone. The Maple is still here in this 17 bottle! Need to drink my others soon, but at least this beer is still solid after 3 years !

Held up great. Coffee dropped off a tad. Maple really shines through as it warms up. Great pairing with some death by chocolate.

Coffee has faded a bit. Maple is still present but is muted. Bourbon character still present. Overall even after 3 years this beer is still awesome.

Oct17-Nov20, cojonuda, nada que ver con la de barril del bbf, pero no ha ganado mucho con la maduracion, asi que probablemente no merezca la pena la guarda.

The aging tempered the sweetness. Less maple, more bourbon/vanilla. Still at 4.75

This was delicious fresh 3 years ago, had this one in the cellar waiting to share with the same 2 ppl Iast had it with. Still tasty now but much smoother. Think I prefer it fresh.
