Aging has definitely impacted this one. The flavor is way less pronounced 8 years later, but you still get some of the coffee bean bitterness. Not bad.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2013) S

10 year old beer right here! Smells great. No carb. It’s a little more subdued than it would be fresh, but you still get some fantastic flavors. I probably wouldn’t age this any longer. Good beer!

Big Worster S

Monster beer. Very sweet. Color is not what I’d expect from a barleywine, but taste is right on point.

Miles Davis' Bitches Brew (2010) S

Aroma is a bit funky and fruity. Sour. I think we left this too long 😢

Nemesis (2010) S

Malty aroma. Super malty flavor. Definitely past it’s prime, but it’s not totally gone. Not bad overall.

The aroma is almost spicy like pepper. It’s just the coffee. That’s the prominent taste but it’s not bitter, which is great.

Approaching 4 years old now. Plenty of sediment in the bottle. Carmel, plum and toffee aroma. The first taste is raisins with some sting from the bourbon.

Drinking a legend. What a treat. Atlanta rocks! It’s sour so I don’t really know how to appreciate it

The smell of this is incredible! Coffee and dark chocolate. Super rich taste. Definitely get some brownie

World Wide Stout - Bourbon Barrel Aged S

Here’s where my night goes downhill. Lots of bourbon in the aroma. No card. Huge flavor! Lots of bourbon but not overpowering. Great coco taste too. Gives you that heroin blues feel. Warmth everywhere

Olde School (2014) S

Wow, my oldest fridge aging project. Surprised this lasted so long. Still a bit carbonated. Super smelly still. Plums, grapes, very dark fruit. Cloudy look. Still so much sting in the taste. A very solid beer

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) S

Had to treat myself. Almost three years old with this one. Nose is sweet with plenty of maple. Sharp bite, tons of flavor still. Really aged well, could perhaps go longer
