Rich dark chocolate, creamy vanilla, sweet maple syrup and bourbon barrel. Has faded beyond its prime. Drink ‘em if you got um!

Aged 5 years, which has enhanced the maple. Rounded by coffee and chocolate. Delicious!

Aged five years. Seems to have mellowed quite a bit, it's very smooth. I get the maple flavour coming through a fair bit.

My last bottle of this vintage. Still very tasty. Nice balance of bourbon and make syrup notes. Not super thick, but still feels like a fancy stout.

Last bottle of 17. But I feel like it's fitting for the current situation. It is currently colder than it is in Antarctica and Serbia. But, when you have food beer, a fire in the fireplace and Christmas music playing; what else does one need? Well... Nvm

Letting it age helped. Good barrel. Solid coffee flavors enhance the booze. 4.3663

Held up extremely well, surprised how nice the coffee is present. Nice chocolate and bourbon too

For 6 years old it's worth the rating. Coffee is pronounced, slight chocolate, very subtle barrel.

Been sitting on this for too long. I remember thinking this was a bit overrated when I had a glass of it at Flying Saucer yeses ago. Still feel that way having this bottle. Tasty for sure. But not the rare whale I once considered it.

Sweetens up a bit as it warms. Initially a little bitter/sour. Still, more coffee than I prefer and not enough maple.
