2013 notes, The usual dfh palate building sweetness and bitterness is balanced by dusty apricot flavors. Enjoyed a great deal

4+ "Flemish Primitive" reminiscent of a young flemish red, light acidity. No vinegar, oxidation, or oak. Raspberry comes off concentrated. Nice sour/sweet balance through most of the beer but finishes with a faro candy quality

Enjoyed more than previous release, very floral, comes off like very nice dry hopping w a bit lychee. Gets some faint green veg note in the back as it breathes

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) R
Last month. Blind tasting. Hopping is lovely on this, blending well with the lambic, no bitterness clashing with the acidity. It's so floral, at first I wondered if it was something like Mamouche =) then I guessed Iris

Last month. Surprised that I enjoyed this just slightly more than the Lou Pepe. Tasty loon lineup

Last month. Good blind tasting, it's very fruity. It did taste like cherry on the first sip, but I guessed frambois because of the brambly notes.
