Had to treat myself. Almost three years old with this one. Nose is sweet with plenty of maple. Sharp bite, tons of flavor still. Really aged well, could perhaps go longer

Following an at times excruciating day on the taps, a specially reserved treat is in order. Since I’ve been gifted with a (somewhat) unseasonably coolish night, this bourbon soaked stroke of gorgeous is most welcome.

Weather cooled off and I gave in to temptation. Could have used some help with this. It was delicious.

The maple sweetness helped balance out the roastiness from the coffee. For 3+ years old this is holding up well. Thanks DrY

Last night. Still drinking pretty well, but on the thin side.

3 years on it has aged nicely. Sweetness is reduced which makes the coffee and chocolate protrude better. Killer stout
