Definitely not reminiscent of an IPA with 2.5 years on it. Kind of one noted barrel & sweetness

2nd. Bedre nu end da den var yngre. Meget mere balanceret. Stadig lidt til den bitre side.

Thought it will turn to barlywine but is remains a (triple) ipa. Woody but not much bourbon. Definitely not an clasic ipa. Time removed hops aroma, leaving caramel and toffee , bitter but not to much. Alittle boozy at the aftertaste but ok for 12.2 abv.

Wasn’t entirely sure what I was getting into, but is was still a good ride. I’d have another one if given the chance. The barrel helped keep the red IPA taste around a bit.

Similar to the Old Tempest Brewing but not as delicate... nice beer nevertheless.

Malty sweet and bourbon flavours. Definitely boozy but considering it’s 12%, not overly so. Slightly medicinal note.

Hout, zoet. Geen IPA, gelukkig. Beetje hoppy, niet echt alcoholisch.

Smell oak, booze, sweet malts, raisins. Tastes like all of that, quite sweet, bit of tannins on the end.

Een (red?) IPA op Bourbon vaten.. 🤨 Boozy met het bittertje/hoppige van de IPA; erg apart. Heb betere BA’s gehad.

Holding up well. Barrel still prominent; sprig of caramel and chocolate. Munchable bittering hops.

A little thin on the first taste. Good barrel flavor afterword. Not overly sweet.

Heftig og lidt mærkværdig øl. Kraftig bourbon vibe fra fadlagringen blandet med humle.
