The first sip hit hard with all the flavors - sweet, maple, and bourbon. The next few sips mellow out some, and has a good overall flavor.

Great beer. Taste like fudge. No kidding. Reminiscent of grandma’s fudge. And that’s saying something. My grandma’s fudge was best.

Straight up big fudgy aroma. Tastes like filter coffee and chocolate cake mix. Hints of booze and vanilla. I don't get any maple.

Just having a taste of this. Rich and roasty - the chocolate is the first thing I noticed. I wish I could taste some maple.

Absolutely the most fudge I’ve ever tasted in a beer, but I wouldn’t seek this out again. Not much barrel, and the bourbon could have been kicked up a notch.

Super coffee, fudge nose. Palate is a heavy on coffee, mild extracty fudge and dry dark grain. A little astringent.

Aromas of coffee, fudge, and a hint of barrel. Initial tastes were dry coffee, almost espresso, and bitter chocolate. As it warmed, the sweetness of the fudge started to come through. The barrel and maple were lacking overall.

I like it. Not sure it’s worth the hype. But 11% can’t go wrong.

Mooie espresso, subtiele ahoornsiroop, maar ben klaarblijkelijk niet zo in de juiste mood, kwalitatief ok bier, maar wordt er niet warm van

Geur veel praline. Smaak veel chocolade met wat koffie. Bourbon mooi en doorheen.

Koffie met zoetigheid. Zeker niet verkeerd. De bourbon herken ik niet in dit bier terug.

Tasting the fudge, but not so much the maple. So sweet, a taster is perfect. I don’t know that I could do a pint.
