Bottle date: 10/2/20. At just shy of 3 years old. This held up well. Nice roast with bakers chocolate and a boozy finish. A little thin but not bad.

I can now tell the difference between this type of stout and something that is barrel aged. Definitely on the thin side. Lowering my rating as I don’t think it stacks up to many other beers now. Maybe it didn’t age well?

Protip: it's pronounced Mackinaw. Smells great. Tastes okay. Thin. Sweet. More chocolate than maple. Not a ton of coffee.

Just a bit better than the espresso variant. Not a fudge fan in general but this was still pretty decent. Very roasty.
