Haven’t tried this varietal yet but hits the spot while setting up the 2nd Xmas tree.

Fudge in a bottle. Chocolaty, coffee with a hint of maple. Bourbon/oak doesn't come through much. Would pair well with waffles. 11% but doesn't come though as an alcohol or acidic taste.

I was hoping the fudge and maple would mask the coffee better. Not so much. It’s good. Just too much coffee for me.

OCI. Super fudgy. The maple tasted like raspberries to me.

I was expecting overly sweet, because of the maple and fudge printed on the label, but this KBS is nicely balanced and the bourbon doesn't over power the stout.

Big fudgy flavors. Chocolate creaminess. A tiny amount of barrel. Maybe a tad too sweet for my liking.

Huge chocolate notes. Really does have a fudge aftertaste. Coffee notes are huge. Really fantastic KBS variant. Very drinkable.
