This finally made its way to NC. This is a bourbon 🥃 barrel aged imperial stout with Mackinac Fudge Coffee ☕️, maple 🍁 syrup and chocolate 🍫

Fudge in a bottle. Chocolaty, coffee with a hint of maple. Bourbon/oak doesn't come through much. Would pair well with waffles. 11% but doesn't come though as an alcohol or acidic taste.

Solid, and super easy to drink. Way less burn than regular kbs... probably comparable to kbs after ~2 years aging. Chocolate felt a little “added on top” but made for a nice sweet flavor. Thanks kevin t.

Freshly brewed coffee and chocolate nose. Decadent chocolate and roasted coffee upfront. Maple makes a guest appearance but only for a minute. Not too boozy in the slightest. I'm really digging the coffee in this, actually.
