This isn’t that good. It has a weird bitter bite that is off-putting. The hint of sweetness is weird in this one. Wouldn’t get again

SRM 6/40, A 2/5, D 2/5, € 2/5. Color dorado, apariencia transparente, espuma jabonosa persistencia media y adherencia alta. Aroma y sabor lúpulo frutal cítrico, gusto amargo, cuerpo sedoso y carbonatación media.

Me sorprendió. Esperaba una cosa mala malona, y estaba potentemente lupulada y agradable. El dulzor la daba balance, con un perfil de maltas muy ligero que buscaba que fuera bebible pero que la dejaba intermedia por la falta de sequedad #cata Afta

En nariz cítrica a cáscara de naranja / pomelo, bien balanceada “truqueada” con la lactosa, yo si la sentí y básicamente en su cremosidad y lo otro que le quita sequedad. Prefiero el estilo cuando termina seco para así ir por otra.

This is brewed with milk sugar. I was worried it would be lactosy, but it’s mostly just a tad on the sweet side.

Nothing stands out in flavor profile, but sweetness from lactose balances the hop characteristics which lean toward citrus and floral profile.

A different IPA brewed with milk sugar for a creamy texture and tropical fruit notes to give it nice sweetness!

Funky kiwi lime pie. Nice and sweet malt backbone with some cheesy, oniony, and fruity hops.
