Goliat Bourbon Barrel Aged (2020) aka Schumi

Bought in December 2021 and stored just cellar cold. Very good Imperial Stout, Bourbon Barrel Aged. Intensive notes of Coffee, some Vanilla, the Bourbon Barrel note is very present but smooth mouthfeel. Great Winter Warmer in early October 👍🍻🇩🇰

Deranged aka Schumi

Very good Double NEIPA in a collab brew with Adroit from US. Tropical fruity notes, but well balanced with an intense hoppy bitterness. Very refreshing from the tap. 👍🍻 🇩🇰 🇺🇲

Iskold Classic aka Schumi

A good Vienna Lager, malty taste, full mouthfeel. 👍🍻 🇩🇰

SeaQuench Ale aka Schumi

All what xou can expect from a Gose: fruity, tart and sour with a decent salty taste in the finish. Very refreshing. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

90 Minute Imperial IPA aka Schumi

This is another great brew from Dogfish Head. A classic Double IPA, full of hoppy bitterness with 90 IBU, well balanced with the nice malty note. Old school DIPA at its best. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

60 Minute IPA aka Schumi

Happy to get 2 Dogfish Head brews. Know these brews from years ago when I was on holidays in Florida. Great East Coast IPA, old school style with great balance between hoppy bitterness and malty notes. Little fruity. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) aka Schumi

Very nice Lambic, sour, tart, fresh notes of Raspberries. Great. 👍🍻 🇧🇪

Nemesis (2021) aka Schumi

A very good Barleywine, full-bodied with a little whisky note, malty and hoppy-bitter in the finish. Very complex, not sweet. Very recommenable. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Double Dippy Doo aka Schumi

Real Fruit Juice from Denmark. Tropical fruity notes, nice hoppy bitterness. Very refreshing from the tap. 👍🍻 🇩🇰

Oude Geuze Boon (2018-2019) aka Schumi

Stronger Geuze, dry, tart, really sour note and much more carbonation than the others before. 👍🍻 🇧🇪

Oude Kriek Boon aka Schumi

Very good Lambic/Kriek with a nice refreshing cherry note. 👍🍻 🇧🇪

Romanoid aka Schumi

Nice fruity Imperial IPA, notes of Mango, Grapefruit. Little sweetness. Very complex brew. Cheers. 👍🍻 🇩🇰

Panther Cub (2021) aka Schumi

Excellent Imperial Double Porter. Intensive notes of chocolate, little coffee, vanilla and maple. Smooth mouthfeel, very well balanced brew. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Centennial IPA aka Schumi

Hop bomb I had some years before. Really good old style American IPA, no hazy hop juicy, just an excellent hoppy-bitter brew. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) aka Schumi

KBS from the tap? A must have brew. Always a real pleasure to enjoy this legend of a Double Imperial Coffee Stout. The finishing beer for tonight. Cheers. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Panther Cub aka Schumi

Very interesting Imperial Porter which was aged for 12 months in a Maple Syrup Barrel so that there is a full and intense taste of Maple Syrup in this brew. The alcohol do not hide, nice sweetness and decent bitter. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Moon Rambler IPA aka Schumi

Fruity American IPA, not bad. 👍🍻 🇺🇲

Kriek Boon (2019) aka Schumi

Very good Lambic with cherries, just 4% Abv but very refreshing. 👍🍻 🇧🇪

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) aka Schumi

Wonderful Imperial Brown Ale with an intense roasty coffee note, some taste of nuts. Very strong alcoholic note but also very tasty. 👍 🍻 🇺🇸

Marvelroast aka Schumi

Marvelroast is marvellous! Very good Golden Ale with coffee, vanilla and cocoa. Very smooth with all the taste of the ingredients. Well balanced brew from the US. 👍 🍻 🇺🇸

Big Lushious aka Schumi

Very recommendable fruity Stout brewed with raspberries. Intense notes of the raspberries and dark chocolate, brilliant! Like a late dessert 🍰 👍 🍻 🇺🇸

KBS aka Schumi

Excellent Imperial Double Coffee Stout, a reference on its own. Rich coffee notes, strong on the tongue but very smooth. What did they do to be that special? Amazing and absolutely recommendable. 👍 🍻 🇺🇸
