Hoppy little number paired with the late French crooner from the 1970s Joe Dassin. 🇺🇸 🍺 🍻 Salut and Le petit au chocolate bring faves of mine. Oh an of course Guantanamera.

Interestingly caramel for such a light colored IPA.

Not too bad. There is a slight honey taste to it. The only bad is a slight metallic taste at the end.

Fairly fruity with grapefruit, citrus, grassy notes, light pine. Some milk sugar sweetness, but not too bothersome. Medium bitter. Fine IPA.

Great floral aroma with a grapefruit peel essence. Crisp, clean and creamy on the front immediately followed by the hoppy citrus flavor. Finish has a hint of tropical fruit notes. A tad bit bitter....maybe mid 40% on IBUs. Good beer.
