Espresso and Maple. Reminds me of the Stroopwaffles I had in the Netherlands. The barrel character truly shows with some leather-y nose. Sweet and yet not overwhelming

Other than having virtually no carbonation, it's holding up well. Sweet, heavy, make, notes of chocolate

Smooth, rich flavor. Kind of sweet but on the bitter side on the backend. Not bad but I can’t see this as a 4.75 rated beer.
