It’s about the best one can wish for; deep roasty and dry with solid and smooth well-balanced flavours of chocolate and bourbon. Excellent 🍻

Another unintentionally late check-in, but as this was bottled on my birthday in 2021 (9-9), it felt like the perfect bookend to what was an exceptional long weekend of celebrations. Thanks to all who shared a drink (or more) with me!

I would rate this but I think this store it came from had this beer sitting in a furnace, don’t buy from Mel’s they overcharge as well.

Bottled 8.18.21. Big, smooth bourbon nose with chocolate. Tastes oakier than I remember. Bourbon without the burn and chocolate without the sweetness in there, too.
