Strong medium roast coffee - Colombian roast flavors: maple đ syrup, citrus đ & dark chocolate đ«. Incredibly smooth & creamy, bourbon đ„ & coffee nose. Very good! đ„đđ„ł

Dominant sweet maple syrup flavours, a little chocolate and complex woody barrel notes. The bourbon and the coffee faded a bit over time. Still a rich and creamy mouthfeel, but I like the older versions of CBS and the KBS better.

(4d ago) Light sweetness on a chocolate nose, a boozy-malt note or two. Smooth but tangy: carbonated oaky malt, chocolate cream, coffee late, & a dry, hint-of-cacao finish.

Aged well... Still getting good cocoa, coffee and maple BBA notes.

Boom. Still a bit harsh. Big beer, lots of chocolate and whiskey. Iâd give it another year if I could.

Perfect beer to bring in the new year. Has aged really well, probably one of the better vintages of the CBS that I have had.
