Bottled 2.18.18: Roughly 3.5 years in the cellar. Definitely some boozy aromas. Roasted coffee is still very forward and still carrying some bourbon legs. Chocolate & maple coming alive just as it warms for a nice ending.

Lost most of the maple and chocolate, but still pretty damn good. Silky smooth bourbon.
