Slight coffee flavour balanced by chocolatey notes. No bitterness from the coffee. Thick velvety mouthfeel, medium sweetness. Slight roastiness. Warming touch in the finish, but not boozy. Everything in perfect balance – not much to improve.

This held up amazingly. Smooth, rich chocolate, and just a small barrel bite.

Cinnamon, raisin, chocolate caramel and pastry. Amazing. Nice Irish coffee finish.

Delicious. Aged 3 years now. Gotta love the nuanced layers of maple rather than a crappy syrup punch in the face. Pure bliss.

Strong maple syrup, malty/ sweet with low coffee but notes of chocolate. Fabulous

Had 2 stored. Opened one and it was bad. Opened the other and it was good. Really good.

PLAYOFFS! Plaaaayoffs? Supersmooth and coming alive as it warms , it spent 3 years in a gas station cooler then my fridge so an interesting cellaring. ..Go Cats Go 🦁

Really tasty. Typical Founder's Breakfast stout. Absolutely delicious with the addition of maple, bourbon and chocolate. Special shout out to those that bought this for me as a gift for the holidays
