My first ever CBS and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m comparing it with Impermanence from Tree House, but I don’t think it measures up, though. I’m looking for the maple more than anything. Tons of maple and coffee.

Imperial stout w/ chocolate & coffee, aged in maple syrup & Bourbon barrels. 2 yrs old. Viscous, slightly sweet start but bitter finish. Some slight maple & bourbon flavor. Nice.

Espresso de inicio a fin. Intensos sabores torrados, sirope de maple, más café, alcohol y más café. No logro determinar la barrica o la madera pero se que estan alli. Se pasa de dulce. Aun asi esta fuera de serie parte de la serie encaletada.

Boozy chocolate up front. Lighter maple on the back end. Quicker finishing than I’d care for. Interesting to get into this one. Canadian release, of course.
