Holding up well. After 2 years the maple and sweetness is gone. But the coffee and chocolate is bold. The bourbon flavor comes out on the finish.

A bit of tobacco. Sweetness has mellowed into dark brown sugar.

Age has allowed the flavors to meld with each other. Better than I remember, though the slight alcohol bite I could do without.

Good, smooth stout. Low coffee flavor, not overly sweet. I get chocolate but not maple.

Perfect beer to bring in the new year. Has aged really well, probably one of the better vintages of the CBS that I have had.

Not as good as I remember the 2017 on tap, but still pretty good. Big boy bomber took some time to drink.... def don’t need to buy a bottle this big in the future!

This aged well. Imperial Stout brewed with a blend of coffee ☕️ and imported chocolates 🍫 , then aged in spent bourbon 🥃 barrels that have most recently been aging pure maple 🍁 syrup.

It’s still a good stout, but it’s losing a lot of flavour over time. Still enjoyable though, just not what it used to be.

Well when you are having pancakes with fruit and yogurt for dinner this is the beer to have. Full of chocolate and coffee notes rounded out with maple syrup, it offers a taste sensation from aroma to the finish. The 11.6% ABV is exceedingly deceptive.
