I usually don’t like barrel aged beers but this one isn’t bad

I had high expectations and was very much let down. I got the Robust porter, but some odd flavors after that. While it smelled vanilla and maple like I got no taste of it unfortunately. Founders Barrel series I look forward to Imho this missed the Mark

Delicious in it’s own right but also very much not my thing. Really sweet, malty, kinda chocolatey.

Love you founder but way too much vanilla. It overpowered everything else except I did get maple. I wanted some toasty tangy porter notes but just vanilla.

Meh...smells like there will be a lot of maple and bourbon. Really just tastes like a heavily roasted Porter with a splash bourbon that kind of bites at the end.

Wow this is suuuper sweet. Very vanilla, and maple syrup, with the dark bourbon barrel in the background. Very syrupy. It’s good. Serious sipper on this one.

Interesting, smells and tastes like a bit of coconut but its not listed for ingredients. Could be just my taste buds. Not a big fan but not would drink if handed to me.

Tastes like a Hello Dolly cookie. Lots of coconut flavor. Not really my thing but I’m sure most will love it. Very smooth.

Hello Founders: How long did you age this in Bourbon barrels? I’m guessing about 3 days. Also, vanilla extract & maple syrup flavoring added? Didn’t you once have access to Maple barrels for CBS and Curmudgeon among others? This is embarrassing.

Not a ton going on here. There is a woody barrel. The vanilla comes through after a bit of warming. Nice mouthfeel. Very slight maple better let this one warm up.

It's called Sex Panther by Odeon. It's illegal in nine countries. Yep, it's made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good.

Don’t taste the bourbon barrel but the vanilla and slight maple syrup is tasty. Would definitely drink again

A touch disappointed with this... I think the porter base isn’t enough to hold the flavors well, finishes flat without much on the aftertast

Sweet! Pleasant flavor...a little too much vanilla for me, though. Really can't tell that it's barrel-aged like you can with KBS. Would like it to have more bourbon barrel-aged flavor.

Not all that great. Started boozy and finished slightly better as I drank it and as it warmed.
