Kissapedon kesytysolut. Erinomainen vaniljaporter. Samettista vaniljaa muttei liian makea. Tynnyrikin tilee taustalta sopivasti esiin.

Lunch with the Colonel. Okay porter but somewhat weak on its flavors.. Slight sweetness from the vanilla coming thru but not much more.

Vanilla, maple syrup and melanoidin. Moderately sweet, kinda thin with some bourbon on the finish. Enjoyable, very decent.

So the plan was to let it age a year from its ‘born on’ date. I only lasted just over 9 months.😉Perhaps a touch more booziness on the smell and taste, but all flavors still present and delicious!

Met de panther club kijken naar tiger king. Lekkere stout de barrel komt mooi samen met de vanille heel subtiel

Zo zeg. Mooie porter met een goeie bourbon barrel. Echter is hij wat vlak in de afdronk. Dunnetjes.. lekker zoet.. Geen uitsprekende “dikke” barrel.
