I was mistaken on the perceived level of hop bitterness. This is really smooth, citrusy, flavorful, and a blur of American/ NE styles. Definitely worth having in my fridge.

World Wide Stout - Bourbon Barrel Aged H

Four years of aging brought out so much more of bourbon. I highly recommend this level of patience to achieve this level of boozy deliciousness!

If possible, the aging of almost a year has brought out more of the booziness. Still an AMAZING blend of the 120 minute IPA with flavors from the utopias barrel. DELICIOUS! Last night…not on my way to a playoff game😂

The absolute BEST scotch ale I’ve EVER had! Heavy smokiness on the nose. On the taste, you get the scotch flavor and peat and you get a subtle smokiness. This needs to make its way to DFW!

WOW! Philosophy-wise, tough to rate something a 5.0. However, this made me question that. You get the 120 minute flavor, you get some raisin fruitiness, you get the flavor of the Utopias in a WAY TOO smooth of a beverage for the ABV!

So, 78 months of aging brought out a lot more of the booziness but also took away most of the maple flavoring. So, as a bourbon lover AND CBS aficionado, I’m really torn…🤔

I absolutely LOVE Founders, KBS, CBS, and many variations of KBS. IMO the cinnamon overpowers the KBS base, the cocoa, and the vanilla.
