One of the best porters I have had. Smooth creamy chocolatey. With the toffee colored head that just announces a superlative beer

Bottle share from Manny. Sweet and syrupy. The syrup texture may be emphasizing the maple flavor. Boozy finish.

Roasty malt, vanilla, cocoa, maple, and bourbon all very well-balanced, pretty light and easy-drinking for a barrel-aged dark beer.

Maple and bourbon, with a persistent wave of vanilla. Sweet and boozy, and beautifully black. This could pass for an imperial stout. Much better than I could pass for Jim Gaffigan.
