Fantastic aroma. Bourbon and vanilla notes. Really smooth mouthfeel and taste. Little lighter than expected

Taste of booze early. Then rich malt and slight sweetness. Smoke/charred notes on the end.

Very good! Similar to CBS but as a porter and not as heavy. Excellent choice in making this brew. Lightly sweet but roasty. Slightly boozy but not as much as a CBS or KBS.

Vanilla is coming through more. Tasty. Super Smooth. Almost a little ashy. Tannic finish. Cocoa

If this was just a bit higher than a 9.2% it would be a 4.75 easy.

Mhmm now where talking. Vanilla and maple are prevalent along with the bourbon. Bittersweet chocolate fades to a pleasant sweetness. Fantastic

Vanilla and sort of chocolate. Smooth, sweet and thick. Pretty nice stuff.

I’ve seen others rating this beer from pretty high to pretty low. My take is....as a Porter(not a Stout)...Bourbon Barrel aged with vanilla extract and maple syrup added.....it’s pretty good. Actually get a bit of oak which I like. Why not a Stout?
