I get vanilla flavor from start to finish. A little barrel flavoring, but no maple. It's a good barrel aged beer, don't get me wrong, but it's missing something. For me, I think the vanilla tastes too artificial.

Dark, sweet, and complex. Better in a glass than from a bottle.

Well this doesn’t suck... great balance. Sweet, but not syrupy. Flavorful, but not overwhelming.

Drinking in June, making me wish it was November. A fantastic beer, the smoothest balance of maple and vanilla without being overly sweet

Getting this one in before dinner. Barrel aged porters ftw. Good balance of vanilla and maple. Appreciate brewers that don't just dump the latter in their beer. Another great entry from Founders.

Like a freaking pancake! If this is my last drink ever, that'd be fine. Liquid mildly sweet maple syrup with minimal ABV punch.

Kbs 보다 솔리드한 느낌은 덜하면서, 그 파운더스 특유의 배럴 에이징 느낌은 잘 담아낸 맥주. 근데 바닐라와 메이플 시럽이 빡시게 느껴지진 않고, 상온에서 마셔야 좀 그 플레이버를 감지할 수 있을듯. 그래도 파운더스의 배럴 에이징 라인업 만큼 탄탄한 맛을 내는 것은 없기에, 이 맥주도 꾸준히 찾아 마실것 같은 느낌.

Pretty good, not quite hitting the heights of CBS, hit of vanilla gives a sweet touch otherwise very smooth

This is the best porter I've had in years. BA is barely noticable. Maple adds a hint of sweetness, big bodied beer with an abundance of flavor.

Really enjoy the Imperial Porter style. This one has a sharp bourbon barrel yet strong sweetness to it. I don't find this to be boozy. Good drink. Thanks Jason L. for the share!
