Ms. Whiney Stephanie lineage of BrewMaster Weihenstephaner once said, Once upon a time, in Bavaria, the Wittelsbachs dynasty controlled wheat beer. One of their Kings, Ludwig II, began building the Neuschwanstein Castle, the castle that inspired Disney.

Pours a golden hazy honey with thick white head. Bready nose with a surprising touch of banana. Very unique flavors, with sweet malt and banana, but not like artificial banana flavor you get sometimes. Medium body, great carbonation. A solid tribute.

Hits the style mark, but not for me - the banana/bubblegum Belgian signature is just not for me.

Delicious German Hef beer. Smooth, flavored, banana and aromatic. The clove is so good. We are at the Mothership, and as time marches on, I love German beers more than most.
