Cooking rice for an IPA to be mixed with St. Croix wine. Could turn out to be a disaster, or brilliant, who knows....

The Rain Man says this is a slam dunk IPA. An IPA needs to be hoppy, that's obvious. But to have a nice, medium to heavy mouthfeel on what appears to be a great malt build, and keeps it well balanced. That's what elevates this IPA above the rest.

There's an aggressive bitterness with this one. 80 IBU's at 9.2% ABV, I might need some Tums after downing this.
