French pressed with this crazy delicious pumpkin pie cake thing Sean K. Turned me onto yay!

After 3 years of age the flavors are subtle but amazing. This could be dangerous as it drinks so smoothly as it warms. Not boozy at all.

First sip, first reaction. “That’s a big bitch.” But so good. 🖤

Spectacular! The three years of age has really paid off. Super mellow and smooth. No alcohol burn whatsoever. Beautiful.

Founder's recipe: 4 oz. KBS, 2 oz. Jim Beam, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp Hershey's chocolate syrup, splash of cream, and ice. Yowsa!!

A big ass 750 ml. Lots of the complex chocolate roast coffee flavors KBS is known for but really smoothed out. Not the knock out it was a year or two ago.

This is becoming much weaker with age. No coffee. Lots of chocolate, little prune, not as much sweetness showing through. Boozy on the back. It’s just kind of bland and boring now

Smooth after first bite, strong bitter from dark malt and coffee tones. Chocolate elusive or mellowed after 3 years. Still strong, thin in texture.

Aging helps for a change. Fruitier, less carbonation, more wine, less roastinessness. Vg
