Walked in to “Arnold’s Grocery and Likker” (yes, spelled just like that) in Keeseville, NY while camping. Browsing the shelf the KBS package catches my eye. I have not seen this style before. As I look closer it says 2017!!! Yes, please and thank you!

Late post. Nose was complex and strong with booze but the brew was smooth with chocolate malt finish and no sign of the ABV

Feels a little thinner, most of the chocolate flavor has disappeared but there are still lots of Bourbon characteristics hanging around.

Molasses and brown auger in the nose before the bottle is even finished pouring. Chocolate, licorice, cold brew and vanilla cedar notes. Thinned with age. Always dynamite.

Opened up a bomber last weekend. Drinking great! Smooth with proper carbonation. Believer chocolate and coffee notes

Smooth as ever. That rich leather aroma, with mild sweetness, the body is so rich, yet smooth. Complex flavor with dark chocolate and coffee taste. Nice bourbon heat left in aftertaste, with lingering bourbon flavor. Certainly better with age!!

Smooth as butter! Flavor was leaning towards more malty in substance but still very good.
