I’ve been saving this one since 2018. Still as delicious as I remember. Thanks Dustin W. (Yep, this is the one you gave me a couple years back. Been aging in the basement like a good stout should).

More malty dark Chocolate and bourbon. I feel like the older bottles eat up the remaining sugar to almost nothing. This one still has some sweetness left very good as always. Cellar aging these does seem to change the taste the longer they sit. Yummy

Founder's recipe: 4 oz. KBS, 2 oz. Jim Beam, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp Hershey's chocolate syrup, splash of cream, and ice. Yowsa!!

Started at 11.8. Wonder what its sitting at almost 4 years after the bottling date. Thanks to my brother in law for bringing it down over the holidays.

Another special impeachment celebration brew: finally the booze has subsided and we’ve got KBS in all it’s glory. My worries about losing the coffee were unfounded as this still has plenty of morning joe and chocolate. Barrel nose and lactose. Fantastic.

My “excellent bottle to share when celebrating a bed move” beer. 3 years aged and it hasn’t lost a thing. Very good as a “leftover”.

Aged 4 years and it's delicious. Still has all the coffee, chocolate, and bourbon flavor without the burn. Debated opening this on a random Tuesday, glad I did. 😁🇺🇲🍻

Redondísima... Esta birra envejece de locura. Se vuelve un pelín más licorosa, pero la madera, el cacao, el café, el coco, el Bourbon y la vainilla se abrazan y te hacen a ti abrazar a la gente. Maravillosa.

Smells of bourbon and Smokey oak. Taste is dark bitter chocolate that moves into heavy bourbon and smoked oak. Finishes with smooth vanilla. Last bottle must have been bad, this one has aged well.

2017 is my favorite relaease of this iconic brew and it is even better on tap! Fantastic!
