Rob R. you gotta check out this new beer I found, straight from Kentucky. I think you'll really enjoy it.

I must have bought a bunch of beer in 2017 and hid them from myself

5 years old, still great. Quality/ flavor balance diminished slightly, cocoa and roasty notes still good. Seems to have picked up more boozy/ bourbon notes 🥃

Enjoyed a cellared version. Chocolate is toned down but still very smooth and boozy. Thanks Eric!

5 years old. Understand why Founders says don’t age KBS. Still good not as good as the 5 I gave it in 2017

5 yrs old! Still has some life to it. Chocolate and bourbon mix. More boozy than when it was fresh. Good World Series brew in October. Vintage 2017.

Last KBS from the cellar. I laugh that I used to chase and cellar this stuff. now it’s readily available on shelves wherever/whenever.

Cellared properly! No oxidation, bitter cacao, dark chocolate, roasty coffee, espresso, bourbon, brownie batter, bakers chocolate

Very smooth and decent flavor still, but I let it go too long

Digging in the cellar. 6 years old. Flavors mellowed but still holding on. Got better as it warmed.

Had a good balance of chocolate coffee and barrel but the taste faded as it warmed up
