Gotta drink this cellar a bit more! Nice and mellow now. Lots of currant or even a bit of raisin flavors. Bitter chocolate, but in a good way.

This has mellowed very well after a few years. I said it was too sweet before. Nice and balanced now.

Lots of coffee now. Hardly any maple syrup sweetness in this. But smooth and delicious. Deep.

Excellent. I could chug this, but that’s not recommend. Lots of floral notes though.

Solid stout. Smooth. Great maple aroma. Coffee and subtle chocolate flavors come through. Mild booze at the end.
