OK, I raided the compound aging cellar again! There was this 11.8% stout just sitting there, it looked so good, and I was so thirsty. What was it being saved for? I figured I better drink it before the Wuhan Chinese Virus gets me. Great Stout, well aged!

11.8% BBA Stout. Coffee is dominant on first sip followed by a slightly boozy finish. Another great find in the compound aging cellar, celebrating this holiday weekend. I hope everyone is safe and healthy & God continues to bless The United States!

A great, highly acclaimed, 11.8% BBA Stout. Attention Doug R. and jim p. , the challenge package we discussed (over a sour) at the western compound is on the way. Here on the compound a raid of the aging cellar has given way to this great beer. Stay safe

While I have my Founders glass out, what better excuse to revisit the 2017 KBS? This Stout has mellowed and everything seems more balanced. There’s still chocolate, coffee, and bourbon barrel, but now it’s smooth with all playing nice.
