Isän ainoita neuvoja minulle oli, että 1) älä pyri kauppikseen, koska siellä tehdään mulkkuja ja 2) älä juo alkoholia ennen puoltapäivää. Isä ei ehtinyt tutustua tämän aamupalastoutin hienouteen, olisi mieli muuttunut. Tynnyrikypsytetty pitkä kahvin maku.

Burnt malts, dark chocolate, wood and vineousness. All vanilla notes had disappeared from the nose. In the taste vanilla was present but remained pleasantly in the background.

This was my first Founders beer back in 2016. Age hasn't done much favors to this one though. The coffee taste opens up slowly and around after 20 min all the flavors started to resemble the KBS I remember + a berry-ish taste as well.

Good, but also strangely underwhelming. Was probably expecting to be blown away more. But of course a solid classic imp stout.

Great aroma. Vanilla, almond/nut, booze, Bourbon, ashes. Burnt/ashes edge. Quite close to a standard RIS. Licorice, nuts, tobacco, wood, dark fruits. Delicious. Oily, almost syrupy, licorous. Powerful. Great set. Layered. Dry finish. Classic straight one.

Nose is suuuper malty with some bourbon notes. Taste is dark'n'malty with loads of chocolate and coffe bringing alot bitterness followed by bourbon/vanilla-boozyness and a subtle sweetness. This is one for the super dark and heavy fans.

Börjar klinga av och få en liten dammig ton. Men fortfarande en trevlig chokladighet och lätt bourbonsötma.

Koffie en boozy in de neus. Afdronk van koffie en pure chocolade.

Nog steeds zo smooth. Iets minder zoet en iets droger, koffie lijkt wat meer aanwezig in vergelijking met een verse. Echt super voor een stout van 5 jaar oud

Decent, but too much alcohol to go to the top. Right off the bat hits you with coffee and rounds it off with chocolate. Does well in the category

Kaffe og sjokolade. Kort fortalt. Og brent med lett bitterhet i ettersmaken.

Börjar bli lite trött, lite åt kola i doften och smaken. Känns lite klibbigare än 2018 & 2020. Känner knappt av ekfaten. Gott men har stått lite för länge.
