Åhå. Är det en öl? Är det en drink? Who knows? Jag vet. Det är en öl. Men den smakar drink! Destinkt whiskey smak. Smakar också lite Apelsin zest! Det är förvånansvärt bra!

Väldigt tydlig smak av marsipan, men även toner av kaffe, choklad och bränt socker. Tydlig fatkaraktär. Grym struktur (perfekt nivå av kolsyrning) och imponerande längd

Strong barrel and malt on the nose. A silky texture envelops the tongue in caramel, toffee, vanilla and a blender of dried fruits, followed by a slight alcohol burn before lingering with biscuits covered in marmalade. Best served with a smoking jacket.

Unique flavor for sure. Has similarities to Backwoods Bastard, but sweeter (hints of cherry and citrus) and less boozy. If you enjoy an old-fashioned, then you should try it.

Friends adventcalender #2/13: 11% BBA (imperial brown) ale with orange peel, cherry. 1,5 yrs old. Bourbon, vanilla, caramel nose. Taste adds booziness, bitter orange, dried fruit, some spice, licorice. Strong but really flavourful beer! Thanks Gijs G. !

Very cold when I opened it, lots of different flavours going on, we'll see if they "settle" as the beer warms up...

Fy, sliskigt och felsmaker. Känns som dom bara försökt dölja eländet med apelsinarom. Körsbär känner jag inte alls. Bourbonfatet känns knappt heller.

Välbalanserad brown ale, smakerna sitter där och den klarar av att dölja sponken helt och hållet. Det här är ett riktigt bra hantverk i genre som inte är helt lätt.
