Mandarin Napoleon. Hoog appelsiengehalte. Marmelade. Zeer geparfumeerd. Smaakt even aangenaam. Snoepekes, zoetig en zeer smooth. Vanille. Licht roasty

This is an interesting one. Smells and tastes like a cocktail. Fruity, bourbon, brown sugar, and the orange peel comes through strongly for me in this one. Smooth with a sweet finish. Too easy drinking for a 11%. Almost like an old fashioned in beer form.

Strano connubio tra scorze d’arancia, ciliegina sotto spirito, whiskey e zucchero di canna. Alcolica su corpo scorrevole. Che poi dovrebbe essere una replica birraria dell’Old Fashioned cocktail. Ed è diversa dal solito; come minimo interessante. 4,10.

Not sure what to expect here, but I'm excited. Plenty of oak on the nose, with just a bit of orange, cherry, and some coffee. The barrel flavor is obvious from the start, as is some booziness, but the cherry, orange, and coffee notes combine very well.

Advent calendar day 15. Very nice cocktail type beer. Smooth, sweet, with fruity aroma.

15/24: Smells like a nice old fashioned. Cherry and orange peel come through very well on the nose. Flavor is a bit muted.

Definitely reminiscent of a bourbon cocktail, perhaps a little bit like an old fashioned. Somewhat sweet with a hint of fruitiness. A bit of underlying bitterness.
