10/21, Meh, just an average coffee flavored beer. ABV is what pushed it to a 3.5 from 3.25.

Way to overpowering on the coffee, so disappointing with Founders on this one.

Nice cacao powdered brown ale, differentiates from a stout clearly. Mostly cacao here and little barrel. A minus, but otherwise outspoken and crisp

Definite coffee and chocolate. I think the vanilla tempers the bourbon because I don’t get much of that. This one is cold. I’ll try again at room temp. For science! Really light for that 11.1% ABV.

11.1% ABV BBA Imperial Brown Ale. Solid coffee, chocolate, vanilla and bourbon barrel flavors. Yum!

Solid imperial brown ale, not too sweet but still had a good chocolate cream feel.

Very soft and sweet and like a milder version of their super heavy BBA

really dig this…kinda getting all the imp stout character in a lighter base…it’s a bit boozy even after 3mo but since it’s a chilly night i don’t care

Purchased at Beer on Floyd. Exceptional stout/cocktail. It's a little boozy.

Bizar hoe founders iedere keer weer van een "brown ale" zown knoepert kan brouwen! Koffie, tikkie bitter en droog, bourbon. Tis geen underground mountain brown maar wel lekker👌🏿💥🤸💯

4.10pts Imperial brown all with subtle baker's cocoa, sweetened cheap office brewed coffee & vanilla profile. Very smooth for 11.1%abv, however, overly thin mouthfeel and finish. Not up to premium FBC standards.

Best beer I have had in a while. Chocolate, coffee, bourbon goodness.
